Zhongneng Chuang is the first company in China and the second in the world to master the key technology of the jostless heterojunction. The core technology team was born in the national 863 plan and has always been in a leading position in technology. Since 2014, 0BB technology has been studied and relevant patents have been obtained in 2018. Up to now, China Energy has obtained more than 100 relevant patents at home and abroad. 01. In the past, the photovoltaic industry paid more attention to cost. What does the scenario mentioned in Nengchuang mean? What is the help for the current internal volume of the industry?

The root cause of the volume is that everyone pays too much attention to competitors. Customer needs and the laws of the times are what everyone should pay most attention to. An enterprise will not be truly defeated by its competitors. It is often an era that really defeats an enterprise. At present, the era of photovoltaic "cost of electricity" has passed, and more attention should be paid to the needs of customers in different scenarios, that is, the value of the scenario. For example, why is a bottle of mineral water more expensive than a bottle of wheat? What is expensive is not water, but bottled mineral water solves the immediate needs of customers, and a bottle of mineral water is not just water, but a set of solutions. Photovoltaic field, marine, agriculture, construction and other different scenarios, currently need more innovation.

The light rigid component launched in mid-May this year is also a product, or a set of solutions, based on customer pain points. Light and rigid components are light and "rigid". Scenarios such as industrial and commercial roofs, low-load factories, and old factories require low enough costs to avoid cumbersome problems such as plant reinforcement and equipment movement, as well as sufficient reliability and economy. The introduction of light components is to solve these customer problems, not to solve how to compare with competitors.

The sales model is completely different. First of all, I would like to pay tribute to Dr. Shi Zhengrong and Shangmai. Shangmai is a pioneer in this field and has done a lot of work in opening up and guiding the market. Secondly, the manufacturing industry should gradually upgrade to the manufacturing service industry, no longer simply producing products, but further thinking from the perspective of customers and providing solutions for customers. I think this is not a difficulty, but an opportunity, and I think this is also part of the new quality productivity.

03. In the above scenario, will there be some changes in the role of the manufacturer in the future?

Who is the knowledge integrator, who is the leader of the industrial chain, the leader should consider the common interests of everyone at the same time, he had better do less, so that everyone can get a piece of the pie, but their own professional to do well enough, enough meticulous. This involves a question: who is the integrator and who is the integrant? The positioning of Nengchuang itself is very clear-it must be the integrant. In this process, it is necessary to deeply grasp two barriers, one is technology, the other is word-of-mouth. Zhongnengchuang believes that the future development of the industry must be ecologically driven. Zhongnengchuang will make its products to the extreme, and then find suitable partners for common development.

04, from the traditional model to the process of the scene model, there are two constraints, one is the photovoltaic industry's constant sensitivity to cost, and the other is the scene model of the purchaser's procurement logic and production and sales logic has not been widely established, how to deal with these two constraints?

The way of thinking must change. Many people are still very easy to fall into the thinking of "electricity cost" when facing problems. Everyone thinks and wants the same thing, and they are not willing to give up everything. I think everything is impossible. Strategy, the important thing is not "war", but "slightly". If a company occupies all customers, unless it is a monopoly, it is destined to be eliminated. Now the main contradiction in the photovoltaic industry has changed: from the initial cost of a single watt, to the cost of electricity, to the current customer cost (or scene value). We should pay more attention to the pain points and needs of customers, find ways to reduce hard costs and soft costs for customers, and do fine work in a certain link to achieve a wide range of social value.

05. There are many scenes in the market. What are the most potential scenes at present? What are the values of Nengchuang?

On the whole, the four most important and potential markets are agricultural photovoltaics, followed by building photovoltaics, traffic photovoltaics, and finally offshore photovoltaics. The market potential of scenario is huge, and we need to focus on key and common issues in different scenarios. Cost as the key to the photovoltaic industry unchanged, of course, always through technological innovation to maintain, at any time can not forget the cost. In addition, consider the specific use of different scenarios. Light and rigid components not only solve the problem of old factory buildings, but first solve and serve the scene of old factory buildings.
