In the recent major photovoltaic exhibitions, we regret to find a number of products that imitate the patented technology of photovoltaic modules with lightweight frames. This behavior not only seriously violated our intellectual property rights, but also disrupted the market order, and caused damage to customers and the overall interests of the industry. Our company hereby issues the following rights protection statement:

Since its establishment, Zhongnengchuang Low-Carbon New Energy Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongnengchuang") has always adhered to the principles of technological innovation, deep cultivation of scenes, and differential development. Zhongnengchuang has always been in a leading position in HJT technology and 0BB technology, and has made outstanding contributions to the industry. It is the first enterprise in China and the second in the world to master the key technology of non-main gate heterojunction. China Nengchuang has established a complete intellectual property system. Up to now, China Nengchuang has distributed more than 100 patents at home and abroad, including more than 70 domestic patents and more than 30 overseas patents.

Relying on the patented technology of "lightweight bezel photovoltaic module" independently developed by our company, we have launched a scene-based product-light rigid module, which has achieved many breakthroughs such as weight-50%, efficiency + 20%, high reliability, no reinforcement, self-cleaning, etc. This patent enables light-rigid components to reduce weight while solving the problem that traditional light-rigid components are easily damaged, and realizes significant improvement in the performance of light-rigid components such as impact resistance, wind resistance, crack prevention, corrosion resistance, and fire prevention. The reliability and safety of light-rigid components are maintained to the greatest extent, and invisible costs such as installation, operation and maintenance are also reduced, it provides more efficient, reliable and economical solutions for distributed photovoltaic, building photovoltaic, offshore photovoltaic, traffic photovoltaic and special environmental applications.

In order to safeguard our intellectual property rights, our company has established a perfect intellectual property protection mechanism to maintain the right of prosecution for any form of infringement, to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of the company are not infringed, and to protect the interests of customers from infringement.
