As the photovoltaic industry enters a period of deep restructuring, "focusing hearts" and "pooling strengths" have become the keys to breaking the deadlock. Recently, the entire sales team from Zhongnengchuang, along with department heads and senior executives, gathered for a team-building event centered around "strategic discussions + emotional connection." The session wasn’t just about dreaming of "poetry and distant horizons"—it also emphasized the importance of "uniting hearts and minds to achieve shared goals." More than a temporary break, this event served as a strategic planning session, setting the course for collaborative efforts in these challenging times. By leveraging team cohesion as the guiding thread and fostering cross-departmental collaboration as its backbone, the team is poised to navigate the "industry winter," regrouping with renewed focus and determination to push forward and overcome obstacles ahead!
Strategy comes first—using intelligence to break the deadlock, and together we’ll craft a blueprint for overcoming challenges. 。 On the first day of the team-building activity, discussions revolved around cross-industry applications and product strategies, emphasizing scenario-driven needs and highlighting that the true value of our products lies in addressing specific real-world challenges. Meanwhile, we conducted a retrospective analysis of past case studies, using these insights to refine our future customer implementation strategies, thereby further solidifying our guiding principle: "Drive Innovation, Deepen Scenario Expertise, Pursue Differentiated Growth."
United in purpose, warming hearts with care, the team's warmth is beautifully captured amidst the vibrant energy of everyday life. If the first day was a "clash of minds," then the next day's camp team-building activity marked a "fusion of emotions." Everyone shed their professional identities, donned casual attire, and split into two teams to kick off the "Camp Challenge."
The most lively segment was undoubtedly the "Team Potluck." Everyone had clearly defined roles—some washed, chopped, and prepared the vegetables, while others stoked the fire to keep things cooking. Meanwhile, another group expertly wielded the ladle, skillfully crafting the dishes. As smoke and steam filled the air, the clatter of pots, pans, and utensils created a cheerful rhythm. And when the steaming hot meals were finally served, everyone gathered around the table to savor "the fruits of their collective labor." In the fragrant aroma of the food, what truly lingered was the heartwarming warmth of being "one big family."
The so-called "battling through the winter together" isn't just a slogan—it's about backend teams stepping up with a heartfelt "I’ve got your back" when sales teams are on the frontlines. It’s about extending a helping hand, saying "Let me assist you," whenever challenges arise. And it’s the shared sense of accomplishment—“We did it!”—that unites everyone after securing a deal. Though the photovoltaic industry’s winter may feel long and tough, the team at Zhongnengchuang never stops moving forward. This team-building event isn’t the end—it’s actually the fresh starting point as we launch our final sprint toward "winning over key clients and clinching even more orders."
