Recently, Shaanxi Yulin's 2.1MW Curved Coal Shed The project has been successfully completed! This groundbreaking engineering feat not only overcame the challenge of constructing an ultra-large-span curved roof that proved difficult to adapt traditional components, but also set a new standard with Zero modification, no reinforcement needed Its innovative solution sets a new benchmark for the green transformation of the coal industry.
Ultimate safety and power generation efficiency. Zhongneng Chuang believes that safety is the foundation of everything—without guaranteed security, even the greatest gains are merely empty talk. The Qinggang modules feature patented technology combining tempered glass with a lightweight frame, significantly enhancing structural strength. They have successfully passed rigorous tests, including a Level 15 typhoon wind uplift test and hail impact certification, as well as a series of IEC-certified salt spray, ammonia resistance, and corrosion-proof assessments, ensuring top-notch safety performance. Meanwhile, the innovative lightweight frame technology further elevates the capabilities of the Qinggang modules. Four-sided dust-proof design Its characteristics allow for a 5%-10% increase in power generation efficiency in dust-intensive coal yard environments.
Curved-surface adaptive black technology. The coal shed’s roof features a curved structure, making it impossible for traditional components—due to their heavy weight and high rigidity—to conform properly. Thanks to its ultra-lightweight design of just 4–6 kg/㎡ (50% lighter than conventional components), combined with customized installation solutions, Zhongneng Chuang’s lightweight and rigid components significantly boost installation efficiency.
Green upgrade with zero reinforcement and no modifications. Due to the ultra-low load restrictions for the coal shed, the lightweight steel components can be installed without requiring roof reinforcement, thus avoiding production disruptions caused by shutdowns and renovations. Additionally, during installation, the components do not need to be grounded, and combined with improved transportation efficiency, the entire project becomes both more cost-effective and faster to complete.
