Recently, the patent for Qinggang products has been upgraded again, and Zhongneng Chuang has been granted a national invention patent authorization. This marks a deeper technological accumulation of the Light Steel series products, a richer intellectual property system of Zhongneng Chuang, and a more solid technological patent moat for the company. This invention patent focuses on the preparation and application of solar cells, and is designed in the field of solar cell technology. It includes a silicon wafer, a thin film covering the surface of the silicon wafer, and a gate line set on the thin film, with a graphite layer on the surface of the gate line. This patent can achieve full blackening of gate lines, while improving thermal conductivity and reducing the impact of thermal efficiency on batteries. Zhongneng Chuang applied for its first patent in 2014. As of now, the company has laid out more than 100 patents at home and abroad, including more than 70 domestic patents and more than 30 overseas patents, and has a complete intellectual property system. At the same time, it also brings about a reduction in hidden costs such as installation and operation, providing a more efficient, reliable and economical solution for distributed photovoltaics, building photovoltaics, offshore photovoltaics, transportation photovoltaics and special environmental applications.
